Got us in right away! Very professional and did an AMAZING job with our dog! He has had allergies lately and and his fur was too thick, I think that irritated his skin even more. He so clean, the de-shedding and bath made a huge difference! She went above and beyond. Spent a lot of time on him. My puppy Elsie and I just got back from our visit to Rub N Scrub. She was happy when I picked her up and she looked fantastic.

I am so happy we found Michaela. My poor reactive and nervous puppy had a horrible experience at a different groomer (not Run N Scrub) prior to this visit and was terrified of the process as a result. I was worried we would never be able to find a calm, patient, force-free person who could really work with her and get her over that fear. She is a schnauzer so she will need to be groomed her entire life, and so this was vital! Rub N Scrub was recommended to me and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

I called her, explained my puppy's issues and she was very thorough about explaining her process and wanted to set up a meet and greet so she could get to know her first. I loved that! We met her earlier this week and she was very patient and kind and Elsie loved her immediately.

When it came time for her groom she explained that she wouldn't force or push her past her limit, which is exactly what I was looking for, even if it meant several grooming sessions. she sent me a video midway to show me how it was going (especially with trouble areas for Elsie, like her feet) and I thought that was so thoughtful that she let me see her process. You never know when you pick a groomer what they might be doing behind closed doors after you leave (like the groomer before Michaela), so this transparency put my mind at ease. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to finish her feet in a calm and positive manner, since she hates having her feet touched. She only does one dog at a time so she can really focus on them and give them the time they need to get used to grooming without a billion other dogs around distracting them.

Her cut was adorable. Even my normally-macho husband commented about how cute she looked. My favorite part was that she gave me training tips when we picked her up and things to work on between this appointment and our next one.

Elsie even loved Oso (who was very well-behaved) and made a new doggy friend!

This is hands down the best grooming experience I have ever had and I have owned Schnauzers my entire life, so we have seen a lot of groomers. This groomer is an angel and has a gift for working with dogs! If you have a nervous or difficult dog, (or even if you don't) definitely check out Rub N Scrub!
